National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal is one of India's premier engineering institutions and an Institute of National Importance established in 1959. It was the first Regional Engineering College (REC) in India and later became NIT Warangal.
The institute offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes across Engineering, Science and Management disciplines. Admissions to B.Tech programmes are based on JEE Main scores followed by JoSAA/CSAB counselling.
